Grievance Redressal

Ancord Corp is committed to resolving customer complaints promptly and fairly. This page is published under Rule 4(5) of the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and Rule 3(2) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.

How to raise a complaint

  1. Start with support. Most issues — delivery, returns, warranty, billing — are resolved fastest through your account or by contacting our support team with your order number.
  2. Escalate to the Grievance Officer. If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, write to the officer below. Include your order or enquiry number, what went wrong, what you have already been told, and what outcome you are seeking.

If you are still not satisfied

You may contact the National Consumer Helpline on 1915 or the National Consumer Helpline portal, or file a complaint with the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission having jurisdiction where you reside or work. Nothing on this page restricts that right.

For complaints specifically about your personal data, see Your Data Rights; those may be escalated to the Data Protection Board of India.
